Advanced System Group EMEA (ASG) and ShaeVitality™, supported by Being at Full Potential initiated a personalized, holistic health and well-being program supporting ASG’s employees in optimizing their mental and physical health to unleash more Human Potential. ASG is the leading global manufacturer and supplier of products and systems for the Marine, RV, and Specialty Vehicle markets. Although very successful, the last few years have been challenging. Both internal factors (such as growth, mergers and acquisitions) and external factors (Covid-19, hybrid working, war on talent) have resulted in more workload, struggles and stress with employees throughout the organization.
To stimulate a more energized, focused, balanced and resilient workforce, developing ‘(self)leadership‘ was identified as a key objective. With an innovative Learning Lab approach – leveraging the cutting-edge AI driven, epigenetic profiling technology of Shae™, a European first – participants were given an in-depth understanding of their unique biology. supported to take initiative, direction and full ownership of their lives. The first program, part of a Learning Lab, was aimed at leadership, key managers and employees across different departments. The initial results are very promising, and ASG is now set to further explore, learn and scale precision vitality throughout the organization.
Our Vitality program eventually became a winning case study in the category Organizational Development at the MERIT Awards. Since 2017, MERIT has been providing a unique forum for HR and L&D directors of international companies from different industries and executive education leaders. To empower people and organizations and elevate the state of corporate learning “The MERITS” have been designed to award impactful transformational initiatives.
